Cancellation & Modification

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please get in touch with our support team immediately through support@custigift.com. Custigift will be available to assist you promptly.

You can make cancellations or modifications to your order within a two-hour window from the time of placing it. Once this two-hour period has passed, the order will be locked for processing, and no further cancellations will be possible.

Please be informed that:

• The production time may be extended by 1-2 days for modification orders.
• Modifying your design may take significantly longer, which could impact the overall delivery timeline.
